PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor laser oscillator capable of maintaining a high wavelength lock efficiency even when a laser diode is under a low temperature state.SOLUTION: A semiconductor laser oscillator includes laser diode modules 11m1 to 11mn. A temperature sensor TS directly or indirectly detects the temperature of at least one of the laser diode modules 11m1 to 11mn. A collimator lens 1102 collimates a laser emitted from each of the laser diode modules 11m1 to 11mn. A grating 1103 subjects the respective laser beams emitted from the collimate lens 1102 to spectral beam coupling. According to the temperature detected by a temperature detector TS, an incidence angle changing mechanism (a movement controller 201 and a driving units 202 and 203) changes the incidence angle at which each laser beam emitted from the collimate lens 1102 is incident to a grating 1103.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
