PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a bolt which enables simplification of work process, and to obtain a lighting device attached to a wall part with the bolt and a method for attaching the lighting device to the wall part.SOLUTION: A bolt 40 includes: a head part 41 where a surface 41a is formed on one side and a seating surface 41b is formed on the other side; and a shaft part 42 extending from the seat surface 41b of the head part 41 to the other side. A cylindrical female screw part 43, in which a tip 43a opens to the other side and a screw groove 43c is formed at an inner periphery, is formed at the shaft part 42. A knob part 44 which is held by fingers 61 is provided at a surface 41a side of the head part 41.
