PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical film having an adhesive layer capable of suppressing corrosion of a metal layer such as a metal wiring layer and to provide a liquid crystal display device including the same.SOLUTION: There are provided: an optical film having an adhesive layer which comprises an optical film 10 and an adhesive layer 20 laminated on at least one surface of the optical film, wherein the adhesive layer is composed of an adhesive composition comprising a (meth)acrylic resin (A), a silane compound (B) and an ionic compound (C), the silane compound (B) is an oxysilane compound bonded with an alkanediyl group, an alicyclic group or the like and the anion of the ionic compound (C) is an anion selected from anions represented by the formula (2); and a liquid crystal display device having the same.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
