PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring reagent and a measuring method of TAT in an organism sample such as blood using a latex agglutination method for specifically measuring with high sensitivity.SOLUTION: The TAT measuring reagent which is a thrombin/antithrombin complex (TAT) measuring reagent, contains: anti-TAT antibody which combines with an antithrombin combined with a latex particle to recognize a TAT; and an anti-TAT antibody which combines with a thrombin combined with a latex particle to recognize a TAT.
