A display control method and apparatus, and a terminal. The method may comprise: monitoring a main window and an auxiliary window displayed separately on a terminal screen by a target application program, wherein the main window has an absorption point in at least one direction of the terminal screen, and the auxiliary window has an absorption point in at least one direction of the terminal screen (S101); when it is monitored that the auxiliary window moves along the terminal window, determining a main absorption point in the main window according to the display position of the main window in the terminal screen, and determining an auxiliary absorption point in the auxiliary window (S102); absorbing the auxiliary window to the main window according to the main absorption point and the auxiliary absorption point, so as to form a merged window (S103); and displaying the merged window in the terminal screen (S104). Display control manners of an application program can be enriched, and the flexibility of the display control can be improved. |
