PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a particle counter device that can prevent pollution of an emission window.SOLUTION: The particle counter includes: a measurement head 21 having openings 18a and 18b for introducing particles into a measurement target region and having scattered light detecting means 14a and 14b detecting scattered lights caused by the particles introduced into the measurement target region and generating a detection signal; a connection part 22 for connection to the measurement target object; a case part 23 having light irradiation means 13 emitting a laser light L to the measurement target region; and an emission window 15 between the connection part 22 and the case part 23, which transmits the laser light L and discharges heat caused by the laser light L.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
