PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a worker to sense and detect a standing position on a top plate of a portable work bench, and work more efficiently when using the bench near a wall surface, etc.SOLUTION: In a portable work bench 1, shorter sides of a top plate 3 respectively span each of a pair of ladder-like main legs 2, and hand-hold bars 5 are erected at four corners of the top plate 3. Using the hand-hold bars 5 at the four corners of the top plate 3, a pair of longer-side frame members 8, 8 extending in a longer-side direction of the top plate 3 and a pair of shorter-side frame members 9, 9 extending in a shorter-side direction of the top plate 3 are supported, above the top plate 3. The portable work bench may be installed in a usage state surrounded by the pair of longer-side frame members 8, 8 and the pair of shorter-side frame members 9, 9 on four sides, or in a usage state surrounded by one of the pair of longer-side frame members 8, 8 and the pair of shorter-side frame members 9, 9 on three sides.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
