PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-display device configured to automatically enter degenerate operation without requiring advance registration, when one of display units fails.SOLUTION: A multi-display device include a plurality of display devices 11-16, a control unit 23 for controlling display of the display devices, and a fault detection unit 22 which acquires state of the display devices 11-16, and determines a fault. When the fault detection unit 22 determines that one of the display devices 11-16 fails, the control unit 23 selects a display area of a video displayed on a display device determined to be normal, allocates the video displayed on the faulty display device, as a degenerate video, to the selected display area, and alternately displays the degenerate video and the video having been displayed in the display area.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
