PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic brake device, a hoist and an elevator capable of achieving improvement in diagnostic accuracy of an electromagnetic drive part.SOLUTION: An electromagnetic brake device 10 includes an electromagnetic drive part 11 and a diagnostic part 200. The diagnostic part 200 includes a normal state storage part 213, current state acquisition parts 209, 210, signal acquisition parts 201, 202 and a determination device 207. The normal state storage part 213 stores a state of cores 23, 24 with respect to a housing 21 in a state where the electromagnetic drive part 11 is in a normal state. The current state acquisition parts 209, 210 acquire the state of the cores 23, 24 with respect to the housing 21 at diagnostic time. The determination device 207 determines whether the state of the electromagnetic drive part 11 is normal or not based on the information about the current state of the cores 23, 24, the information about the normal state of the cores and a current signal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
