PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operating machine pressure oil energy regeneration apparatus capable of reliably securing a brake pressure even when an electrical failure occurs to a solenoid valve or the like and the solenoid valve or the like is erroneously opened.SOLUTION: An operating machine pressure oil energy regeneration apparatus comprises: a first hydraulic actuator 7; a second hydraulic actuator 6; and a first hydraulic pump 1 supplying a pressure oil to the first hydraulic actuator via a first oil passage 31, the operating machine pressure oil energy regeneration apparatus comprising: an upper control valve 5 which is connected to a discharge side of discharging the pressure oil from the second hydraulic actuator when a driven object of the second hydraulic actuator falls by a dead weight, and which can regulate a flow rate of the pressure oil discharged from the second hydraulic actuator; a communication oil passage 37 which connects the upper control valve to a hydraulic oil tank 30; a lower control valve 4 which is provided in the communication oil passage, and which can regulate a flow rate of the pressure oil discharged from the upper control valve to the hydraulic oil tank; and a regeneration oil passage 38 which has one end side connected to a branch point, between the upper control valve and the lower control valve, of the communication oil passage, and which has the other end side connected to the first oil passage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
