PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work machine capable of leveling the load of an engine in a simple configuration.SOLUTION: The work machine includes an engine 4, a variable displacement type hydraulic pump 5 to be driven by the engine 4, a hydraulic actuator 11 to be driven by pressure oil discharged from the hydraulic pump 5, an auxiliary machine 23 as peripheral equipment to be driven by the engine, and an auxiliary machine control device 21 for controlling the operating condition of the auxiliary machine, the auxiliary machine control device 21 including an engine load estimation part for estimating the load of the engine, and an operation control part for comparing a preset engine load set value with the load of the engine estimated by the engine load estimation part and controlling the operating condition of the auxiliary machine to reduce the consumption power of the auxiliary machine 23 when the load of the engine is higher than the engine load set value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
