A windmill rotor speed governor has a rotor with blades installed in its hub with capability of rotation relative to long axis on flaps of which levers are rigidly fixed, those are hinged to one end of con-rods, a horizontal shaft and spring. The con-rods are hinged by the other end to holder that is rigidly fixed on horizontal shaft, and the hub of the rotor is fit on horizontal shaft with capability of axial displacement along that shaft, at that between the hub and the holder a spring is installed. |
