A method for laser surgery for resecting the cerebral glioma comprises the use of neodymium laser at 1.06 m and the output of 50 W in thermodestruction mode. After the surgical resection of the major part of the tumor, the area is further irradiated with the semiconductor laser at 0.808 m and the output of 18 W in the modes of laser thermodestruction, laser coagulation, and laser vaporization. |
