The ball and socket joint is for connection of the ends of curved steering rods, bars, etc. of motor vehicles. It has a ball pivot with joint hall, and a housing to accomadate it. The joint ball (7) has guide element (14), which is rotary symmetrical to the longitudinal axis (15) of the ball pivot, and located on the side away from the ball pivot (5). The guide element projects into a housing-fastened gruide groove (10). This extends in direction of the tilting axle (4) of the tilting momentum, resulting from the curvature of the motorvehicle part. ADVANTAGE - For universal use, wear-proof.
