摘要 The working frequency of a microwave circuit is set by the coupling of a circular dielectric disc (R) to two paralel microstrip lines (L1, L2) on a substrate (S). The position obtd. from measurements of amplitude and phase of the reflection coeffts. at inputs and outputs is read from othogonal graduated scales (M) with marks at, e.g. 50-micron spacing, which are applied e.g. by thick-film printing, metallisation etching or laser beam engraving. USE/ADVANTAGE - Microwave oscillators or filters. Exact position of resonator can be found more quickly and consistently, esp. in mass prodn.
