A projector slide is mounted in a slide frame (10) which consists of two parts (12, 14). Each part has a window (16) which is covered with a pane of transparent material (18) fitted on the inside of the part by means of small retaining bosses (20). The bosses (20) of the covering pane (18) of the part (13) are aligned with recesses (24) in the other part (14) and the bosses (20) of one pane fit in the recesses of the other part when the two parts are brought together to close the frame (10). The bosses also serve to centralise each pane in its associated part of the frame. USE/ADVANTAGE - Slide frame made in two parts with each part having a cover pane located by bosses.
