PURPOSE:To transfer picture data to the other terminals without giving a memory and the like to a terminal-side and to shorten time for resetting a paper for reading at the time of transferring received picture data in a facsimile terminal to prevent the deterioration of picture quality by storing picture data received from the terminal in an exchange. CONSTITUTION:The exchange stores a call-side number from a terminal A, reception start time picture data of reception in a storage part 1. A data specification function 2 specifies picture data of reception by the call-side number and reception start time, which are 4 stored in the storage part 1, by designation from a terminal B. At the time of transferring accumulated picture data, the number (call-side number) of the terminal A, reception start time and the number of terminal C are transmitted from the terminal B. The data specification function 2 specifies picture data to be transferred by the reference of the transmitted number of the terminal A and reception start time. The exchange transmits picture data accumulated in the storage part 1 in accordance with the number of the terminal C, which the terminal B instructs. |
