<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a clogging of a filter pore after replacement of a filter of a filtration apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: In a filtration apparatus F1 as a first filtration apparatus and a filtration apparatus F2 as a second filtration apparatus, the later is used as a filter replacement object. A filter to be used in the filtration apparatus F2 is one previously used in this filtration equipment and after the use, it is washed by a back flow washing by a compound to be used as a solvent for a dope. The dope being downstream of a filtration apparatus F3 and F4 can be fed to the upstream side of the filtration apparatus F3 and F4, and further the filter fitted can be washed by feeding the dope upstream side of the filtration apparatus F1 and F2. Thus, a back feeding destination can be properly selected according to a degree of contamination of the dope and a load to the filter and a clogging of the pore thereof can be suppressed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
