<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor and an image processing method by which the ink blending values of ink color data are freely changed on a host computer and the ink color data is freely changed for only a specific color. <P>SOLUTION: When color adjustment is applied to the specific color in pallet data formed by converting the RGB data form into the ink color data form, the ink count value of the specific color is displayed. Freely changing the ink count value by a user results in changing only the data on the specific color in the pallet data. In addition, the ink color data is changed in a pallet number unit.
