The method for producing the Salacia-processed product comprises a step of adding apple fruit juice and a lipase for ester exchange to the pulverized product of the Salacia, and heating the resultant product to increase the absorptivity from the intestinal tract by the lipase by the pulverization of the Salacia and the addition of the apple fruit juice. In another embodiment, the method for producing the Salacia-processed product comprises a step of adding a pulverized product of soybeans and Bacillus natto to the pulverized product of the Salacia, and fermenting the resultant mixture to increase the absorption by carrying out the fermentation by the pulverized product of the soybeans and the Bacillus natto added to the pulverized product of the Salacia.
