<p>It has been found by a screening assay that XET activity is produced by an overwhelming array of phylogenetically dispersed microorganisms. Accordingly, the present invention relates to a xyloglucan endotransglycosylase preparation which is producible by cultivation of a microorganism expressing an XET.</p> |
