The throttle for an air flow, to an internal combustion motor, has an inflow (12) and outflow (13) at the ends and two throttles between them which are coaxial to each other. Each has at least one flow window (17,18), rotating against each other to control the flow through the assembly between the inflow and outflow. The throttles are hollow cones (15,16), with cone mantles (151,161) fitted with at least one window. To give the closing action, the cones are moved axially into each other.
