PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-pack type water-base adhesive composition which excels in adhesive strength, initial adhesive strength, water resistance, and solvent resistance and has a long pot life, and a bonded structure using the same. SOLUTION: The two-pack type water-base adhesive composition comprises a main agent containing a polychloroprene latex obtained by polymerizing 100 pts.mass monomer containing chloroprene and an ethylenically unsaturated carboxylic acid in the presence of 1.1-12 pts.mass nonionic emulsifier having a specific structure as the major component and a curing agent.
