<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information recording device, an information reproducing device, an information recording method, an information reproducing method and an optical information recording medium, wherein stable recording and reproduction of information can be performed. <P>SOLUTION: The information recording device for recording information to the optical information recording medium which comprises a recording material whose refractive index is transformed depending on radiated light intensity and where a plurality of transformed layers whose refractive index is already transformed and a plurality of untransformed layers whose refractive index is not yet transformed are alternately multilayered, is provided with a light source emitting recording light having a prescribed wavelength, a focal position control part for controlling a focal position of the recording light emitted from the light source and an objective lens disposed on the rear side of the focal position control part and condensing the recording light, wherein the refractive index of the recording material in the focal position is transformed by the recording light to record information as a recording mark to the optical information recording medium. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
