摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nondestructive inspection method and nondestructive inspection method for flaw capable of easily and precisely measuring a three-dimensional shape such as position, dimension, shape or inclination of flaw. SOLUTION: A plurality of potential difference measuring terminals are arranged on a measuring object surface at predetermined intervals in matrix shape. The potential difference caused between the potential measuring terminals or the potential difference change ratio is measured while supplying a current to the measuring object surface through a pair of electrodes provided across the plurality of potential measuring terminals to determine the potential difference distribution or potential difference change ratio distribution in the measuring area. The position and dimension/shape of a flaw contained in the measuring object and the progress state of the flaw are detected in reference to a preliminarily associated relation between potential difference distribution or potential difference change ratio and dimension/shape of flaw.
