PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly convey a burning substance without rattling and to burn the burning substance sufficiently to the inside by allowing the hot air to sufficiently pass through through holes formed on the burning substance, in burning the burning substance having the plurality of through holes by vertically sending the hot air in the furnace while conveying the burning substance. SOLUTION: The required number of receiving members 20 having a plurality of plate-shaped receiving teeth 21 for loading the burning substance at required intervals, are mounted on an endless conveying device 10, to burn the burning substance 1 having the plurality of through holes 1a in a state that the through holes are vertically directed and the burning substance is conveyed in the furnace 2 to which the hot air is vertically sent.
