PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of booming noise inside of a cabin and resonance of steering wheel caused by vibration of exhaust system and to improve efficiency of work for installing both exhaust pipes onto a vehicle body. SOLUTION: This exhaust pipe resonance prevention device has connection pieces 3, 3 for connecting both upstream side protectors 23, 23 projectingly formed on a facing surface side of both upstream side protectors 23, 23 of both flexible tubes 2a, 2b. Fastening holes 3a, 3a long in a projection direction are formed on the connection pieces 3, 3, both flexible tubes 2a, 2b are bound each other by fastening a bolt 4 and a nut 5 inserted through fastening holes 3a, 3a under a condition that both connection pieces are overlapped each other.
