PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase power generation output and improve power generating efficiency in gas turbine power generating facilities. SOLUTION: A gas turbine power generating facility 10 comprises a compressor 1 which compresses air sucked from the atmosphere, a spray device 9 which sprays water drops to the air sucked in the compressor 1, a combustor 2 which burns the compressed air discharged from the compressor 1 and fuel, a gas turbine 3 driven by combustion gas from the combustor 2, a generator 4 driven by the gas turbine 3, and a heating device 11 which heats either the air sucked in the compressor 1 or the water sprayed from the spray device 9.
