PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase heat/smoke/flame shielding effect at the joint parts of exterior panels by preventing fireproof function from being impaired by the deformation of the joint parts of the exterior panel in firing. SOLUTION: In this fireproof joint structure of the exterior panel formed by butt-joining the end faces of the exterior panels to each other, a specified clearance is formed along the end face of the butt-joined part, a foam fire-resistant sheet is assembled in the clearance along the end faces thereof, and the foam space of the sheet with a volume at least twice that of the sheet is formed in the clearance.
