<p>A bone anchoring device for kinetic stabilization of backbone is provided to prevent abrasion or erosion of a surface of a rod by optimizing distribution of a load supplied in the rod by a coupling structure. A fixing member has a shank(2). The shank is fixed in a bone or a backbone. A rod(9) is made of elastic material, and is connected to at least two or more fixing members. A holder(3) loads the rod, and is connected to the shank. A seat for the rod loaded in the holder has a rod contact surface. A locking device(10) cooperates with the holder in order to fix the rod within the seat, and has a rod contact surface. The rod contact surface of the seat and the rod contact surface of the locking device have a coupling structure for coupling the rod. The coupling structure has an asymmetry cross section. The asymmetry cross section of the coupling structure is triangle, and is positioned inside a plane which is parallel to a vertical axis line(LR) of the rod.</p> |
