PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assign any group among a plurality of groups for performing reception or transmission at the same time zone to each communication station apparatus contained in a base station apparatus, in a wireless communication system in which the base station apparatus contains a plurality of communication station apparatus and wirelessly performs outgoing communication from the base station apparatus to the communication station apparatus and incoming communication from the communication station apparatus to the base station; to differentiate the communication time zone between outgoing communication and incoming communication of each group; and to excellently assign the group when performing each of the outgoing communication and the incoming communication between the base station apparatus and a plurality of the communication station apparatus in time division with respect to a plurality of the groups. SOLUTION: The wireless communication system adjusts the total amount of transmissions and the total amount of receptions in each group on the basis of a communication status for each communication station apparatus so as to reduce a no-communication time that is generated in the outgoing communication and the incoming communication in each group.
