CUTTON AIR BAG MODULE OF VEHICLES

摘要

A curtain airbag module of vehicles is provided to safely protect passengers as a cushion is developed with an optimum speed corresponding to the resisting power of a headliner. A cushion develops downward to the vehicle interior in the impact of vehicle. A parting-line(85) forming a main chamber(90) and an auxiliary chamber(95) is located in the cushion. Cushion inner and outer covers is made of two types of fabric. A main chamber pushes one end of headliner to a vehicle interior after being filled with the high pressure gas. An auxiliary chamber moves to the vehicle interior as a second process at a high speed after the main chamber is expanded in order to be filled with the inflow high pressure gas.
