A camera module including an image sensor for minimizing optical axis distortion of the camera module the image sensor module is provided to improve degree of freedom of design of a circuit board and an image sensor by arranging input/output pads on a pixel array. A pixel array area part(11) is located on an upper side center. A circuit region part(12) is formed in the outer side of the pixel array area part. An input-output pad(13) is formed in the outer side of the pixel array area part for the input-output of signal. Signal is arranged according to the girth of the pixel array area part outer side. It is installed on the circuit board on the top of the image sensor. The window exposing the pixel array area part and input-output pad of the image sensor to the top is formed in center.
