PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an organic EL panel, capable of improving a manufacturing yield by suppressing destruction of a display region and shortening a manufacturing process by simplifying a scribing process of an insulating substrate, by enlarging an electrostatic capacity of holding electric charges due to static electricity. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing an organic EL panel includes: a step of preparing a substrate in which a plurality of display regions 2 are formed with the same electrical potential by directly connecting adjacent display regions 2 of the plurality of display regions 2 formed on an insulating substrate through a planar common electrodes possessed by each display region 2; and a step of cutting the insulating substrate along an outer periphery of the display regions 2 and separating the adjacent common electrodes mutually.
