S-NITROSO GROUP-CONTAINING ALBUMIN, METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME AND ANTICANCER AGENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an S-nitroso group-containing albumin for obtaining an anticancer agent having high usefulness and safety by combining actions of the albumin which is an endogenous substance in a living body and by advancing an application study to a cancer chemotherapy which has not been examined, a method for producing the same and an anticancer agent. SOLUTION: This S-nitroso group-containing albumin is produced by introducing the S-nitroso group to at least one lysine in an amino acid sequence constituting the albumin.
