PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a method for analyzing fate determination and differentiation from blood vascular blast cells to a blood system cell line and an endothelial cell line, especially, a method for simultaneously analyzing the cell fate of the blood system cell line and the endothelial cell line. SOLUTION: This method for analyzing the cell fate of stem cells comprises a process (first process) for preparing the single cells of stem cells and amplifying the obtained single cells, a process (second process) for culturing the amplified cells to produce colonies, and a process (third process) for dividing the single cells into groups on the basis of the forms of the produced colonies and measuring the number of the single cells divided into the same group. A graph for analyzing the cell fate of stem cells is obtained by developing the kinds of the obtained groups as cell fates in the X-axial direction and developing the number of the single cells classified in the same group as a frequency in the Y-axial direction.
