<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an infertility-improving material which can improve infertility in uterine biology and in the molecular level of early pregnancy. <P>SOLUTION: This infertility-improving material is characterized by having isoflavone controlling at least one of the secretion of a leukemia-inhibiting factor (LIF) in human endometrium epithelial cells, the secretion of transforming growth factor β (TGF-β) in human endometrium epithelial cells, and the expression of glycodelin. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
