PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker stably measuring a steam temperature in the vicinity of an inner lid, regardless of whether the inner lid is mounted on a lid body or not, and facilitating cleaning of the lid body.SOLUTION: There are included: a cooker body 10 storing a pot 3; a lid body 20 covering the upper part of the pot and arranged on the cooker body in an openable/closable manner; an inner lid 30 detachably fitted to the lid body; and a steam sensor 50 arranged in the lid body and measuring a temperature in the vicinity of the inner lid of steam generated from the pot. The lid body has a recessed sensor storing space 72 having an opening at an inner lid side, at an undersurface side of the lid body. At least part of the steam sensor is arranged in the sensor storing space, and a tip temperature detection part 51 at the tip of the steam sensor is extended toward the inner lid.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
