PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a separation device in a simplified configuration which ensures that when the separation device separates foam material, fleece, and rubber products, and their composite products, those products are cut with least possible material removed or with very small amounts of material removed and they are not finished as are cut with saws.SOLUTION: A cutting element (1) of a separation device (8) for separating foam material, fleece, rubber, and similar products, comprises a support portion (4), and a cutting blade (2) including a cutting blade foot portion (3). The cutting blade is coupled to the support portion and has a wedge-shaped cross section. A notch (5) for receiving a coupling member (12) is formed in lateral portions of the support portion, and a hole (6) for receiving a coupling pin (13) for the coupling member is formed in a region of the notch. The maximum width of the cutting blade foot portion (3) corresponds to at least the width of the support portion (4), the coupling member (12), and the coupling pin (13) when they are mutually coupled.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
