<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic ceiling material with a pair of structural members combined for allowing simple and accurate construction when connecting a protruded piece portion of one structural member to a stepped portion of the other structural member. <P>SOLUTION: The protruded piece portion 5 corresponding to an adhesive face 4 of the other structural member 2 is formed on an adhesive face 3 of one structural member 1. The stepped portion 6 corresponding to the protruded piece portion 5 is formed on the adhesive face 4 of the other structural member 2. A solid portion 10 having an inclined face and a bulged portion 11 having an inclined face are formed on the protruded piece portion 5 of one structural member 1 and on the stepped portion 6 of the other structural member 2, respectively. The protruded piece portion of one structural member or the stepped portion of the other structural member has an adhesive structure at all or part of the periphery with the adhesion of one inclined face to the other.
