PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink jet head which can achieve both of high density printing and high-speed printing.SOLUTION: A head body 12 is configured from: a substrate 35; a piezoelectric substance 22 having plural parallel partitions 17 which are so arranged in a print feed direction orthogonal to a nozzle alignment direction as to be separated from one another by a nozzle pitch P in the nozzle alignment direction on the substrate 35; a frame body 19 provided on the substrate 35 outside the piezoelectric substance 22; and a nozzle plate 21. The nozzle plate 21 are provided with plural discharge ports 11 which are so formed as to be respectively deviated by a half pitch in the nozzle alignment direction every line of pressure chambers 20 which are formed in two lines by the frame body 19 and the piezoelectric substance 22, and are respectively formed in the print feed direction at a pitch same as the nozzle pitch P every the pressure chamber 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
