PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine capable of achieving a novel game performance, while complying restrictions imposed on determination processing related to a win/failure of a jackpot.SOLUTION: The game machine includes: preceding performance means that determines whether or not a performance condition is established, the performance condition being established when at least a winning condition is established after establishment of an operation-start condition and before establishment of a start condition, and when a special condition for controlling to a special game state more advantageous to a player than the normal one is established after the termination of a profit offer state and, when it is determined to establish the performance condition, suggests to control the game state to the profit offer state and to control it to the special game state; and pseudo preceding performance means that, when it is determined that the performance condition is not satisfied, simulatively suggests to control the game state to the profit offer state, and to control it to the special game state. This configuration can achieve novel game performance, while complying with the restrictions imposed on the determination processing related to the presence/absence of the winning condition. |
