PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holder which allows accurate attitude adjustment of a reflecting surface.SOLUTION: A holder 1 has a mirror 11 including a reflecting surface 11a and a holding frame 20 to which the mirror 11 is attached. The holding frame 20 includes a pair of guide shafts 21 projecting in a direction crossing an incidence-side optical axis direction 101. The mirror 11 includes: a first shaft 81 which extends in a direction crossing the incidence-side optical axis direction 101 and the pair of guide shafts 21 and is the center of rotation of the reflecting surface 11a; and a pair of guide surfaces 61 which extend in a direction crossing the first shaft 81, are inclined in accordance with inclination of the first shaft 81, and are supported by the pair of guide shafts 21 respectively. |
