PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wig base and a wig, preventing curling-up of a concavo-convex peripheral part of the wig base.SOLUTION: A wig base 1 includes: a base body 2a on which hair 3 is implanted; a first edge member 2b and a second edge member 2c that are provided along the periphery of the base body 2a and on which the hair 3 is implanted. The first edge member 2b and the second edge member 2c are provided along a mutually same area of the periphery and protrude from the periphery to the outward of the base body 2a. At least one (2b) of the first edge member 2b and the second edge member 2c protrudes from the periphery to the outward of the base body 2a in a concavo-convex shape. |
