摘要 The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a pin-type heat radiation substrate by using a carbon-based metal matrix composite. The method for manufacturing a pin-type heat radiation substrate by using a carbon-based metal matrix composite comprises: a step of manufacturing a substrate body made of a carbon-based metal matrix composite; a step of processing one side of the substrate body by a carbon-based material; a step of processing the other side of the substrate body on which electronic components are mounted; a step of loading power of a carbon-based material into a pin forming die having a plurality of grooves in accordance with the positions of heat radiation pins; a step of locating, in a state where the substrate body is supported in a forming die, the pin forming die on one side of the substrate body to combine the forming die and the pin forming die; a step of pressurizing and combining in a state where molten metal flows into the combined forming die and pin forming die, integrally forming the heat radiation pins on the substrate body, and forming the carbon-based material into a carbon-based metal matrix composite material on the other side of the substrate body; and a step of integrally forming the substrate body and the heat radiation pins and then taking out the substrate body from the pin forming die.
