PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress wasteful consumption of a liquid fuel caused by delay in switching while suppressing abnormal combustion caused by high temperature of a member in a combustion chamber in switching from the liquid fuel to a gas fuel.SOLUTION: In a case where a condition to transfer from a first operation state (period a) to be operated by a gasoline to a second operation state to be operated with an air-fuel ratio determined on the basis of required output while using hydrogen, is established and in a case where a temperature in a cylinder is higher than a predetermined value, a third operation state to be operate while supplying hydrogen with an air-fuel ratio leaner than the air-fuel ratio determined in the second operation state to the required output, is executed over a prescribed time (period b), and then the second operation state is executed (period c). Thus a risk of abnormal combustion is suppressed, and further wasteful consumption of the gasoline caused by delay in switching can be suppressed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
