PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wind power generation device capable of preventing a blade of a windmill from being damaged or power generation efficiency of a generator from being reduced, by increasing a rotational speed of the windmill even while winds are weak, and preventing the rotations of the windmill from being fastened too much while winds are strong.SOLUTION: A first guide plate 5 is capable of freely changing its attitude between a guide attitude X for guiding a wind that is to enter a return side of a windmill 3, to a wind receiving side, and a retraction attitude Y for cancelling the guide of wind. A second guide plate 6 is capable of freely changing its attitude between a guide attitude X for guiding a wind outside of the wind receiving side of the windmill 3 to the wind receiving side, and a retraction attitude Y for cancelling the guide of wind. Between the first and the second guide plates 5 and 6 and a support frame 4, attitude change means 61 is provided for bringing the first guide plate 5 and the second guide plate 6 into the retraction attitude Y while winds are strong, and bringing the guide plates into the guide attitude X while winds are weak.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
