PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage battery regeneration apparatus and such capable of regenerating a degraded storage battery in short time.SOLUTION: A storage battery regeneration apparatus 100 includes: a charging circuit 131 for generating a pulse current; and a regeneration circuit 132 for periodically generating a spike current to be overlapped with the pulse current in a period shorter than a period of the pulse current. The storage battery regeneration apparatus 100 adds current formed by overlapping a pulse current generated by the charging circuit 131 and a spike current generated by the regeneration circuit 132 to a storage battery 200.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
