PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cyclic enone reductase which can reduce a large cyclic enone where it is monocycle and a ring constituent members is 7 or more, and a manufacturing method of a cyclic keton in which the cyclic enone containing the large cyclic enone where it is monocycle and a ring constituent members is 7 or more is reduced to manufacture the cyclic keton.SOLUTION: A cyclic enone reductase is derived from Yarrowia lipolytica NBRC 0746. A manufacturing method of a cyclic keton includes a process obtaining the cyclic keton which is a reduction product of a cyclic enone having a carbon-carbon double bond by letting one enzyme source selected from a group of a transformant containing a gene of the cyclic enone reductase in an expressible state and a bacterial cell-treated material thereof act on the cyclic enone having 5-20 Carbons in the ring structure.SELECTED DRAWING: None
