PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant cultivation device capable of increasing folate content of plants to be cultivated and reducing a cultivation cost.SOLUTION: A plant cultivation device that cultivates plants by using liquid culture medium comprises: a culture vessel housing liquid culture medium having yeast extract concentration of 0.05 wt% or more and 10 wt% or less; and a sterilizer which sterilizes the culture medium. Since the yeast extract concentration of the liquid culture medium is 0.05 wt% or more and 10 wt% or less, plants are allowed to sufficiently absorb various nutrient components including folate contained in the yeast extract from roots without inhibiting the growth of plants.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
